Our heat pump stopped working & after being looked at we were told we needed to replace it but there would be at least a week minimum wait. I despise being cold & with a toddler in the house & a baby on the way it’s just not an ideal situation to be in during winter. I started doing the ring around I got the same story 1-3 week wait. Not next phase. They were super friendly from the start. They had a tech come out & look at our unit within an hour of my call, a quote sent shortly after & a brand new unit installed by midday the following day. We could not be happier with next phase & we will be using them for all our electrical needs.

Aurora Energy came that afternoon and adjusted the transformer which was charging out a high voltage.
Irrigation Tas arrived this morning and there was a fault with the new computer to our pump which had not been set correctly. Big thank you to Ken for picking up the problem with the high voltage. If the pump had not had played up we would not have known about the voltage.
